As part of this position, you will:
- Directly influence the future of our products, guiding business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- As a key player in the product team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively, being involved in every phase of product development and taking a significant part in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks: Analyze large, complex datasets to drive product strategy and decision-making.
- Understand user behavior and product usage: Use data insights and A/B testing to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and shape product strategy.
- Monitor and track product KPIs and post-launch performance: Establish and assess key metrics to ensure product health, drive iterative improvements, and maintain focus on strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain reports: Plan, create and manage reports for different departments, including senior management, to guide decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects: Lead and own multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Translate data into actionable insights: Present strategic recommendations that inform product development and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product, BI, Marketing, and
- UI/UX teams to align on goals and ensure product success.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience working in an analytical or product analyst role - A must.
- Proven experience working with web-based platforms – A must (experience in e- commerce platforms – an advantage).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and Tableau (Power BI – an advantage).
- BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background.
- Full professional proficiency in English for daily communication.
- Experience with international markets - an advantage.
- Data-Driven & Business Savvy: Skilled at transforming data into actionable business insights, understanding both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of product performance.
- Self-learner, multi-tasking, able to work independently, initiative, highly organized, "can- do" approach.
